Have you considered Olu Deniz, Turkey. You should still be OK in a decent 3/4 Star with that budget. Am sure that you will find plenty of other suggestions.

Snap! I was just going to suggest the Club Belcekic Beach Hotel in Olu Deniz, best deals seem to be through Portland or Thomson using a discount code. Whilst I wouldn't say the entertainment is of a professional standard (not sure quite where you will get this), it is a very popular hotel for families with teens in the main school holidays. One of the big plus' being that it's not isolated like a lot of AI's so you have the hotel & you can walk into OD to all the bars and cafes, also it seemed pretty safe (although it's a personal call as to if you would let them go out without you and what age you mean by older teens).

another vote for the belcekiz beach . went there last summer with 2 x16 year old s, 15, and 12. and they had a great time . You can checkout my review on the hotel review section.

Another place that is excellent for teens (although I appreciate theme park hols aren't everybodys cup of tea ) is Port Aventura in the Costa Dorada, we have been twice. You are near the coast, but you need to read the resort reports as to if you will like Salou though as that is where you will find your AI hotels.

We stayed in the theme park hotels each time but they are only HB but include the cost of your theme and water park tickets.
