Lost your avatar?

Before the change we did ask members to back up their avatars but we understand that this may not have been possible for all members.

If you have lost your avatar and would like it back we do have a backup where we can get the details and reinstate them.

We will do this between other tasks.

Please post here to say you have lost yours and would like it returning. We will then add them as we have time.

mine is not in the member's gallery so not sure if you can help.
I have it saved on my pc but it won't load from there.

Sorry about this but I can't seem to get mine back ... I'm obviously doing something wrong and now the steam coming out my ears is making the screen difficult to read !!!

Could you please replace mine. Sorry I didn't see the message about backing them up. Probably wouldn't have worked anyway unfortunately I'm a bit dumb when it comes to doing things like that! Thanks.

I feel really stupid here. I have tried following the instructions but nothing happened. I would be so pleased if mine could be retreived at some point.

Yes it is the same for me but the picture was definitely there when I first saved it.
I have found it in a clip art file and will ask my son to help as he did it in the first place.
