I wonder if anyone could offer my 3 cats a loving and permanent home in Marmaris. I am returning back to the UK in the next few weeks and need to find good homes for my cats.
Harry is 10 months old. He turned up in my garden last summer as a very tiny thin kitten. I have taken care of him ever since and he is a very handsome and loving cat and would make a wonderful pet, also he is house trained.
Saddam is Harry's father, he is about 16 months old, very docile and affectionate, also house trained, looks just like his son, news got round to him that Harry had found a good home, so Saddam also decided to 'move in'.
Sali is a ginger kitten I rescued last winter from Gokova. Someone had chopped off most of his tail and he was in a very sorry state and starving to death. I brought him back to Marmaris, had him treated by the vet, now he is a very beautiful and loving little kitten, fully house trained and also looking for a good home.
As I am sure you know, it is very difficult to find homes for animals in Turkey. I would love to bring them all back to the UK with me, but feel that 6 months in quarantine is not fair on them. Turkey does not qualify for the government PETS Scheme. So if anyone could help me, or knows of anyone, please let me know.
Best Wishes, Zeynep.
Awwww they sounds absolutely beautiful, good luck in finding homes for them!
Good Luck finding them homes I only wished I could help I know there is a cat sanctuary in Marmaris if all else fails
I have heard that taking them to holland first cuts the waiting time down to 1 month. How tru this is I am not sure. There is a cat sanctuary in Orhaniye.
