Had 2 holidays with these people on the second occasion there was an... issue with the flight home and we lost a day's holiday and hotel costs, not to mention the inconvenience of coming home a day early. If I not checked the flight home 3 days before we left we would have been stranded. Seems this was an error on their part regarding the flight - they booked us on a flight that did not exist!
Their customers services DO NOT respond to email and there is no phone number for customers services. BEWARE - they are NOT ATOL protected and being based in Spain they are not members of ABTA, so if you are in the UK you are not protected. If you read the T & C's it's basically left to the traveller to check everything within 48hrs of the booking as they won't accept responsibility for anything that is wrong after that.
So if you book well in advance (6 month like we did) you may not be able to actually confirm the flight details and when it goes wrong they won't accept responsibility. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED - Book at your own risk
They can't hold an Atol because they are based in Spain. I have no idea how an agent can book a flight that doesn't exist. It can't happen, and presumably you had the confirmation which you checked was correct when you received it? The flight could have been cancelled or the scheduled changed by the airline after you'd booked. Depending on when you booked the airport slots may not have been confirmed. No matter who you book flights with, including the airline, it's the customers responsibility to check their booking for changes. It's just common sense. Airline schedules change, so even if you don't check any other time at least check around a couple of days prior to departure, or when you check in online. You cannot rely on being notified. It's not unknown for people to have missed flights booked direct because they've not checked their bookings, or checked in online.
