We stayed in the Lui Beach our first time. Avoid the rooms on the top floor as they are like ovens. Liked the hotel though, nice and quiet with a good pool, clean!

we stayed in the santa monica 2 years ago, it is just behind the nizmar, in a quite location, its a really nice hotel with a great atmosphere. the rooms was cleaned daily with fresh sheets and towels. most of the rooms had a bedroom, lounge,kitchen,and bathroom. we had booked to go back there last year but at the last minute they changed us to a different hotel we were booked with airtours. we went to see the manager at santa monica and he said to us if it had been up to him we could of gone back there and we were very welcome to go there anytime, its a smallish hotel and everyone seemed to get on with everyone else it was just like one big happy family. i would recommend this hotel but sorry i dont know about the other one. hope this as been of some help
