Flights are still going to Luxor but - it's to pick up holidaymakers to fly them back to UK so the outbound flights are going out empty. Also, people at the Steinberger hotel who are due to be in Luxor till next Wednesday have been informed they will be leaving today as well.
As far as I'm aware and from what I've read - no flights to the Red Sea resorts are currently affected.
