Hotchocolate, can't comment on the hotel but my husband and i loved Fethiye. All cobbled streets. Lovely bars and restaurants. Restaurants on the marina were lovely too. We stayed in Calis but loved going on the water taxi to Fethiye. Hubby said he'd love to move there.

Hello Mrs al321, long time no speak :)
Majestic Tuana is not in Fethiye itself, it is 15ish minutes down the coast, so definitely a bus or taxi journey into town. In season buses go very regularly, and as is the way here, taxi's congregate outside the gates.

It's a pleasant AI hotel, last time I was in there it appeared to be mainly German/Russian guests - I didn't see any British (not always a bad thing ;))

Right on the beach (private), lovely outlook to islands, very good quality without being exceptional.

From what I've seen on the web, the Majestic is in Olu Deniz. Just google it up and see what you find. Olu Deniz is a good few miles from Fethiye, with Hisaronu in between.

I far prefer Fethiye to Olu.

parky you have made a mistake these are 2 different hotels, majestic in olu and majestic tuana on the outskirts of fethiye, we drove past this majestic tuana on our way to letoonia in fethiye and as someone has already said it was not near the centre of fethiye

Cheers Ellie Meg. It's not so often I'm right, but I'm wrong again!
:? :?
P.S. (I still prefer Fethiye. (That is the place with the lagoon, isn't it?)

Hey everyone :) I stayed at Club Majesty Tuana in Fethieye last year for 2 weeks and I can honestly say it was probably the best holiday of my life! The hotel was absolutely beautiful and we made so many friends, including the reps who work so hard to keep all the guests entertained.
The hotel is more like a resort...it has everything! The private beach is gorgeous and there is a long jetty which is lovely to watch the sunsets from. It's so nice being able to get out of the pool and walk straight onto the private beach. You can take boat trips or do watersports off the beach throughout the day. You will never get bored at this hotel!
There is also a nightclub on sight and the reps all get you up dancing. On my sisters birthday they all picked her up and played the happy birthday song lol.
The food is also lovely and is all cooked fresh (you can see them cooking it). So many puddings aswell!
The staff are just so friendly and the reps have various activities going on throughout the day, which they try and drag you up to join in with. There is also a pool game every morning followed by the hotel dance, where everyone stands around the pool and does the dance with the reps. So much fun!!
There is a kids disco every evening, followed by a show which is put on by the reps. They have a different one every night and so much hard work and preperation is put into the shows. There is also a beach party on the hotels private beach once a fortnight, which is also amazing! And they do a turkish night once a fortnight aswell.
I would love to go back there one year. Unfortunatley I can't afford club tuana this year as im going to turkey with my boyfriend and some friends, rather than with my parents. Lol. We are going to gumbet this year, so really hoping it is as nice as fethieye and majesty tuana!
But to be honest I dont think any hotel could beat tuana. I absolutely LOVED it and miss it so much :( So anyone thinking about going to fethieye, definitely look into booking majesty club tuana, especially if you have kids!

hi and welcome to HT Hayz.

it's funny because we have holidayed in Turkey frequently over recent years ,mostly in the Olu Deniz area and i'd never heard of the Tuana until last year . It does get very good reviews although I've not looked again recently. if i'm not mistaken it looks a bit isolated . Is that the case ??

I will certainly keep it in mind for future holidays . Sounds like my teen lads would enjoy it .

Majestic Tuana is about the same distance from Fethiye as Olu Deniz (Blue Lagoon) but in the opposite direction along the coast.

Hey, no its not too isolated. When you are in the hotel it certainly doesnt feel isolated either, as theres so much to do and so much going on, and it's huge!
Also, u can take boats from the private beach over to fethieye town, which is really nice and has loads of shops, etc. The boat only takes 10 minutes, and the views on the way are beautiful.
