Hi! Myself and my daughter are due to fly out to Majorca on the above date. I have read about the weather, temps not as high as we are used to in the likes of June, but still better than we have in Scotland just now!

I had a look about on the web, and it looks like the water park and dolphin attraction in Palma Nova will be open. Can anyone suggest anything else which we can do? Now, my daughter is 11 just now but will actually have her 12th birthday when we are over there. So any suggestions for a special night out would be appreciated!

We have been there before, but in high season. Really not sure what to expect from this trip.

Oh, and I am also wondering about the mosquito report from the Daily Record last week. Has it really been that bad???!!

not sure if waterpark will be open or not.depends how many people are in resorts.mosquito are always a problem anywhere you go.so beware.you could go to the crazy golf in palma nova.thats good for a day out.54 holes.but you don;t have to do it in one go.just warn you in ibiza we had a heat wave last week.temp 30 plus.
but always take something if it turns wet and cold.funny age 12.but i am sure she will enjoy the fact that she is away from school and in a far better place than Scotland.much warmer at least.depends where you are staying as well.(hotel).she might make friends or they might be a few shows in hotel.if s/c you can always nip in any hotel you know.you don;t have to be staying there to sit and watch a show thats on.
