Sounds like you need one of the larger islands that have more facilites and perhaps a bit of organised entertainment.

Have a look at :-

Kuredu
Sun Island (the biggest island in the Maldives)
Kuramathi
Meedhupparu

All of the smaller islands have little to no entertainment except enjoying the wonderful scenery and each others company so these might not suit.

Yep gotta agree, I would choose Kuredu to be honest. They have plenty of things to keep you occupied due to the size of the island.
