Does this help Shamus:-
Thanks for your quick replies, it's for a friend of mine , she would like to write to the chief executive of thomas cook. Thanks
Don't forget, depending on what the letter is about she may not even get to read it!
Hi Sunaddict we have thought that, my friend will address the letter to her with private and confidential on it, but if it gets opened by her is a different matter.
If it's a complaint it will get straight to the correct department, which is how it should be. If it is a complaint, and if after a couple of attempts you've had no luck with Customer Relations, you can address it to the Directors Office yourself (they will not be dealt with by a Director though, which again is correct).
