There are no airlines that fly direct to Miami from Manchester or Birmigham. You'll have to go via Chicago, Phillidelphia, Orlando International or New York. Alternatively, fly direct from Gatwick or Heathrow. The only flight from Manchester to operate via Miami is a P&O cruise charter on it's way to Acapulco by Thomsonfly, but you have to by a part of the cruise to be on that flight!
