My daughter is going in 2 wks we can not find a transfer company, the only one wanted over £100, everybody recommends the bus service, so thats what shes going to do you buy the ticket in the airport and it goes direct to Jesolo there are several threads about the service on this forum.

Definitely use the bus if your operator does not supply one.

Have a look at the Principe Palace Hotel reviews on this site. Very comfortable, good food and staff and situated on the Plaza, close to the sea with its own beach if you wish.
