Just wondering if anyone's seen this new hotel?

It's the most expensive hotel in Europe, and you can dine on caviar, truffles, lobster etc................it sounds very OTT but spectacular at the same time.

It's really expensive to stay there, so besides Russian Zillionaires, business tycoons, Supermodels and Film Stars, I'm wondering who will actually be staying there?

Do you think this hotel will have a knock-on effect and the surrounding area will become more upmarket with stores such as Armani, Gucci, Chanel etc opening up? Maybe it will become the new French Riviera?
