Well........we went ahead and booked the Marti Myra purely on the childrens facilities. Hope we've done the right thing.......

There are 2 riu Kaya hotels in Belek, we have booked the Riu kaya select Belek based on the reviews on the above site, we booked through First choice for June.
Never been to Turkey before but really looking forward to it.

Still wondering if anyone has been to this hotel recently? We are going for 2 weeks at the end of May.

Older reviews are excellent but there's very little info about it thats recent.

We booked with First Choice who have given in 4.5 stars - what worries me slightly is that when searching for the hotel on the First Choice website, it only appears if you select the search results in order of price low to high.....not in the recommended....

The price was brilliantly low at £2200 for 2 adults & 2 children for 2 weeks departing 25th May....so hoping we haven't made a mistake in choosing this hotel.

I have the feeling its the 1st year that First Choice are using the hotel - hopefully some reviews will start appearing soon.

If anyone knows anything about the place i'd be really grateful xx

we are also hoping to book up as the Riu hotels seem to have good reputations and being newly re-opended in April 2010 means I am hoping it should be fresh and new.
If you manage to hear any reviews I would love to hear as we are down to this hotel or another and ready to book up, hope you enjoy your holiday it sounds very nice!

I think you'll be fine with the RIU hotel though if you decide to book - RIU has an excellent name throughout the trade I think!!

No worries - we go tomorrow actually! I'm still looking around for reviews - the only ones coming in recently are from German & French guests and (after I've google translated them) are all excellent.

I just hope that there are at least a few English speaking children for my 2 to play with.

hi fitzmum - glad you had a great holiday! i enjoyed your review,the hotel sounds great. the only thing that put me off is the long transfer my husband just wont do a 2 hour transfer after flying, so i'll have to look again.shame as firstchoice has some good deals for this hotel.
