I think these are near the Thomson Puerto Azul apartments.......on the northern outskirts of PP, near the Pine Walk but also within walking distance of the marina, main town centre, bus stops etc.
And only 5-10 mins walk from the beach. This is a much better location than some apartments "in" PP, which are actually a mile or so inland.
They are quite near the new bypass but in our experience this is not a busy road, and is more of an eye sore than a source of noise.
Having said that, the apartments are also quite near the school...when we went to PP last July it was the school holidays but I don't know how much noise there might be in term time.

Unfortunately I have never been to these aprtements so can't give you any specific advice.
