Maxwell Apartments Marmaris

Hi,

I have finally convinced my brother to try a holiday in turkey, they have found a cheap deal staying at the Maxwell Apartments in mamaris end of september 07.

I am wondering if anyone has:-

Stayed at these apartments recently and could give any comments

Provide a location as to where these apartments are located?

Any other information that may prove useful.

i haven't stayed at these appartments but i have been there for a turkish night which was excellent.
the place was very clean and tidy, the staff were helpfull and friendly. has a good pool.
good location about 2min walk from the beach in the centre of marmaris, opposite the george and draggon bar.

Thanks for the reply Mike, I have read the reviews and they all seem ok , but as you know its best to get some reports from people that have stayed or eaten there, so your information is appreciated, just one thing is that the george and draggon that is situated on that busy traffic light cross roads?? so out of the george turn left and down past puppies bar to the beach??

We stayed next to these apartments and visited there a few times,great pool with slide,clean, friendly staff,evening entertainment was good and walking distance just about 2 mins to the beach

walk up past puppies from the beach, george and dra on your left, turn left at the lights 20 to 30 yards down on the opposite side of the road is maxwells

This may seem a daft question but is the maxwell apartments the same ones as the Maxwell holiday club apartments??

just as i was checking out some prices and i realised the difference in names!!

Just need to put my mind at rest :-)

craig ive just googled it think it is the one near basil a member of this forum alizda doesnt give it a very good review 18-30 club i will pm you on the question you asked me gordon

The maxwell next to basil is the holiday club one,the children remember it saying it on the wall,so i dont think its the one youre thinking of
