Just had a look at your link to Goan villa, had I not already booked Seagull Calangute in Feb 2013 for 3 weeks, and Tenerife for 6 weeks from Feb 2014, i would definitely taken the chance, and looked further into it.

Looks good Del and the guy has a high satisfaction score. If you don't pay too much up front it could well be worth a punt.

maybe give it some thought later on, booked for all 2013 hols now so no rush

Sent email to enquire about staying at the villa in 2015, for 4 adults he as quoted me £200 per week, with a surcharge of £50 for the half term week, I have asked him if would be possible to go and view villa when we are in Goa in Feb next year, I am awaiting reply i will let you know what he says.

It will depend on if someone is staying there at that time, if its
empty I can arrange for the manager to show you the place, please get
in touch nearer the time and I will give you his number. If the villa
is occupied I can arrange for him to show you outside, the security
will not allow you on the grounds without being notified of time and
dates.
