I would think it would be 100% certain that someone (if not all the staff) at the Hotel would speak English. Have you considered phoning them ? Just a thought also but if you neme the Hotel perhaps a HT member will be going there before you and could speak to the management on your behalf.

Hi frightened flyer , i am a type one diabetic ,have been for the last twenty one years .There is no way in this world i would depend on anyone putting my insulin in the fridge ,for one it has to be kept at an even tempreture and there is always the chance of someone sticking it at the back and then it would freeze rendering it useless ,also there is a chance of contamination if it comes into contact with certain things kept in a fridge ,also someone could tamper with it. I have got a small cool bag and an insulin wallet ,which can be obtained from the chemist ,you have two sets of freezer packs which you get the hotel to freeze for you ,one set in the bag and one set in the freezer ,you will have no problem with the hotel freezing the packs for you ,tell them at reception as soon as you arrive .Dont know if your aunt is using the pen or phial ,but whatever one she is using,only the back ups should be kept cool ,the actual one in use should be kept at room temperature, if you know what i mean .Tell her not to worry . if you need any other information just ask .
