Planning a trip to Thailand, Cambodia and Laos, hopefully for this time next year...so looking for hints and tips!!
You have certainly been to a lot of places- and still only 22
I'm Jen from Southampton, which is my bad luck, My boyfriend and I are off to Hong kong in March and are so excited about it. I have heard so much about from the place from a friend I had a few years ago who was Hong Kong Chinese and have wanted to go since then.
Seem to have got the travel bug recently and now my children are getting older I have more opportunities to see all those lovely places out there. In the last year I have been to Prague, Malta and Amsterdam and after H K it's off to sunny Benidorm. I just can't wait
hi Jen I'm sure you will love HK and we have a very busy Costa Blanca forum where you can get loads of tips and help.
I am a far east virgin too, but I have recently been asked by my work to travel to Singapore and the Philippines to run a training programme in our offices there - I am so excited.
I have travelled before, I have been to Florida twice, Greece nine times, Ibiza, Germany, and in 2003 I travelled and taught English in south america, visiting Chile, Argentina, Bolivia, Peru and Brazil.
If anyone knows any interesting facts about the Philippines and what there is to do out of working hours in Manila metropolis please let me know.
Thanks,
Lisa

Nice to say a big hello to you all
Lee

The names Iain, from Edinburgh. Director of a plumbing & heating company in the city. Married to Jane for 6 and a bit years. 41 y.o.
Try to get away at least twice a year although the second and sometimes 3rd breaks are usually short trips. As a Hearts FC fan I have been to a number of European cities to watch them in action (Prague, Palma, Stuttgart, Bordeaux, Basel)
Have travelled around Europe quite a bit, Spain countless times, France twice, Switzerland, Germany, Czech Rep, Holland, Greece, Austria (1st ever school trip abroad ), Turkey 3 times, Malta.
This years main holiday was to Italy's Lake Garda and Lake Como which we thoroughly enjoyed. Varenna on Lake Como is simply stunning.
Further afield I have been to Barbados twice, second time as part of my island-hopping honeymoon (with St Lucia and Grenada)
Also went to New Zealand last year to see my kid brother for the first time in 4 years. Spent a month travelling the country, absolutely loved it !
Fave destinations would have to be Turkey, Grenada and NZ.
Off to Hong Kong and Thailand in March 08.
Also flying over to Ireland for a long weekend next week (near Limerick). First time in ROI.
Grenada is somewhere I want to visit in the future.
I'm going to your HK hotel again in Januuary in January- but only for one night!
