we originally booked this through First choice and was told it was an adult focused hotel but children were welcome. We decided to swap hotels with 3 weeks to go and stay at the Marti Resort Hotel instead as when I emailed the hotel direct to check they said it was adults only (I mean the Mersoy). While we were there we took a walk to the Mersoy Bellavista suites to see what they were like. We asked if we could look around , they said we could as long as my 16 and 11 year old daughters stayed in reception as kids were not allowed in the hotel. We are in the process of writing to First choice to try and get some compensation as we would have been stranded with no where to stay if we stayed with our original booking.
