clarets4ever,
Departure tax is always payable per person.
Darren
My first choice agent told me this week that it isn't included and that we have to pay.
We went to Mexico in November 2008 and had to pay locally. The cost was $50 each (I think). We travelled with First Choice, in 2007 the cost was included in the holiday price, but they changed it last year.
Anyone know what the detarture tax is currently costing?
4 weeks ago it was £36
Under 2's are exempt from Departure Tax.
Don't think I could quite make an 'Under 2' not even with my shorts on.
Thomas Cook now advising tax has increased to $53
Just received my flight tickets this morning to travel in August... Thomas Cook are now stating $56 per person age 2+ or in MXN Peso which is 625... This works out £30-
