Praia da Rocha is about 45 minutes from the airport by taxi and I should think that the fare would be around €50 - 55 each way. If you want to pre-book or get quotes, shout out if you want e-mail addresses.

Have you considered a pre-booked coach transfer ? Have a look at http://www.low-cost-transfer.com. Prices are a lot lower than taxis, although transfer times will be longer. Hope this helps.
