Could anyone tell me if these are the same apartments as the Maraverde
apartments. If not whereabouts is the Miraverde situated and what is it like?

No they are not the same apartments, Miraverde is on the opposite side of the motorway and along a bit towards Adeje, it is just as old as Mareverde but need to look up the reviews to see what it's like
