I have tried looking online and not getting anywhere. There was a post elsewhere which said they thought there was a mobility shop on the outskirts of Gumbet. Perhaps someone here can you be more help than me.

One of the girls I work with has a place in Gumbet, I bet she will know - I will ask her tomorrow

Thank you all. I thought I had seen a mobility shop on a road leading into Gumbet. But that was several years ago.
As for them hiring scooters, I have no idea. It would be a lot easier than taking one with me.
Maybe someone will come up trumps.
