It's a scheduled flight so will be the ZB prefix (MON prefix are charter flights). MAN-PFO-MAN (ZB634/5) are operated by Airbus A321-200.

My 1st post could someone help iam flying with monarch on the 10th june ZB568 to tenerife and my wife as booked seats 25B and 25C and coming back 25D and 25E can someone tell me if these seats are any good as ive looked on the monarch website and on the 25D and 25E it says exit seats whats the difference to the B and C ones or should I change them
thank you in advance
Welcome onboard
MAN-TFS-MAN (ZB568/9) are operated by Airbus A321-200. The seats you've chosen are by the overwing exit and are extra legroom. They are as good as any others onboard the aircraft although seating is very much personal preference. There's no difference between seat B and C.
Darren.
She said the plane (G-OZBR) going out was fine, but sitting in the same seats the plane coming back (G-ZBAF) was very uncomfortable and lacking in legroom with hard seats. She is not very tall by the way!
So are the seats and legroom different on A321s or has she put on too much weight while she has been away?
I'm flying ZB634 or MON634 as it is sometimes called. Manchester to Paphos on Sunday 6th July. May I ask what aircraft will I be on? and also are Monarch airlines good? I've never flew with them before. Thanks

The online plan looks like an A321.

Please quote all your flight details, especially flight number and dates of travel when requesting aircraft information. There of several flights (Wednesdays and Sundays) so I can't give details unless I know which one you're travelling on. Aircraft types vary between flights and time of year. You'll find extensive aircraft information on our What Aircraft? guide (link below).

It should be an A330-200. They're the only longhaul aircraft Monarch operate.
Hi, I am travelling to FAO on Saturday 19th July from MAN, can you advise whst aircraft type this will operate on and where will this aircraft fly in from on its previous flight... if known would be great.
MAN-FAO-MAN (ZB580/1) are operated by Airbus A321-200. It's the first flight out that morning for the aircraft having arrived at around midnight from Antalya (ZB520/1) so plenty of time to absorb any delays from the schedule the previous day.

Hi Darren,
I've recently found out I am a type 1 diabetic. I've tried contacting Monarch about what documentation I would need as I am insulin dependent, so need injections when checking in. Unfortunately the person I spoke to at Monarch wasn't really helpful. I have a letter from my diabetic specialist nurse which confirms I am diabetic to show the staff when I check in at BHX. Would that be sufficient?
It really needs to be a doctors note but if its from a diabetic specialist and says as much, on letter headed paper, you should be ok.
Darren
Thanks for the reply Dazbo. Yes, it is on letter headed paper from the hospital I go as an outpatient and clearly states it's from a diabetic nurse. Was just a bit nervous as it's the first time I'll have been abroad since being diagnosed, so pretty much stressing a bit
newbie here looking for some advice -
I'm flying on Sunday 24th Aug on Monarch ZB248 from gatwick to sharm (return 7th sept zb249) and am wanting to book extra legroom seats. Have done as much research as poss into best seats for us and have also flown with monarch several times b4 so we know the layout quite well.
But havent sat in front area of plane b4 ( usually always book 2 seats together at back rows 37 onwards)
We want 2 seats on own and good legroom and space.
Was looking at row 2 seats J and K but worried bulkhead will restrict my husband stretching out (he is 6'4) and fixed arm rests give less space but good points no-one reclining seat onto u.
Also looking at row 7 seats J and K but do they recline properly
Are the front area seats any better than the back ones - should we just book seats we usually book.
Thanks to anyone who can help with my little dilemma
My OH is 6'6" and he doesn't like bulkhead seats because he can't stretch his legs under the seat in front. I've only sat in Row 3 and 4 on the A330 but those were fine. We've never had a problem with people reclining on a short/mid haul flight, and we don't recline anyway.
I have recently asked you for advise on what I thought was our Thomson flight from MAN - TFS on 22/07/14. However my partner has actually booked us on Monarch ZB 564 returning on the Thomson flight.
I believe this is an A330, can you please advise if these will be showing any IFE and also will i be able to pay for extra leg room seats in the front cabin with an infant?
cheers
