Hi Kblockey2 I can only give advice on cam bank, to open an account you just bring your passport and a small amount of money to lodge in the account,all the staff spoke perfect english and could not be more helpful,I used iban and interpay to transfer money from my irish bank to my bank in spain as i needed it to be transfered in a hurry ( 2 days )The cam bank charged about .2%on the money I transfered and the irish bank charged 25 euro. Sorry i can not be of more help.
