No harm in saying you want a full refund, as mentioned, far better to say that than you want £100.

In fact, your letter should be held as a template it's so good (especially with the last bit!).

It's worth thinking about what you would consider adequate compensation. If it's unrealistic, then Ros will let you know. However, I wouldn't expect you to get 100%.
