Hi advice needed....
After several visits to Caleta I have decided to pack my bags and come and live there , am very excited, I have enough money to live on for 6 - 12 months and pay for an apartment up front etc etc, I have a business enterprise set up in my mind and have started working on it
BUT
1 am not sure what to do about insurances, health etc
2 am not sure about the laws of setting up a business
is there anyone who can help me???

torij, I think that one of the reasons you haven't had any replies is because your questions are rather too broad 
You would be better researching and researching and researching I think. The answers are out there on the net somewhere. We all had to do it too!!!!!
