Anyway take a look at this site: http://www.windmillstravel.com they are the biggest travel agent on the island and can offer accommodation for most budgets.

My favourite places to stay are the Giannoulaki Village which is just outside Mykonos town in a place called Glatros - it's a lovely complex and the owners really do look after you - it's halfway between Mykonos town and Platis Yialos so you are ideally placed for town or the beaches - you can walk to Psaru and Platis Yialos - and from Platis Yialos you can get the boat to Paradise, Super Paradise and Elia beaches.

Or if you want to based in Mykonos town then have a look at the Carbonaki Hotel - another great place to stay. Their website is:
