Hi - I am posting this to see if anyone can offer any advice or help for a friend. My friend, her husband and son travelled home on the above flight on Sunday. Their holiday was booked with Thomas Cook and they flew with an Italian airline but i don't know which one. The flight was delayed about 4 hours and on arrival at NCL only buggies came onto the luggage carousel - apparently most of the checked luggage had beeen left in Naples for what reason they still have not established. My friends have been in constant contact with NCL and with their travel agent and tour opertaor but still have not been told what has happened , where their bags or or whether they will be getting them back. I appreciate that they are home now so are not as desperate as someone having nothing whilst on holiday however there is still a lot of monetary value lost and inconvenience (straighteners missing for one thing - ladies will aprreciate how bad this is!!) including some childrens things that their son is very upset about (football strips mainly!). Does anyone know of anyone else who was on this flight? Can anyonegive me phone numbers for Thomas Cook resort offices in Naples or any information that might help? Thanks
