Nearly time!

Setting off on Friday- one day in Bangkok, 4 in Siem Reap and then back to Hua HIn for 9 nights and a further night in Bangkok( airport hotel)
I've organised my transport to Hua HIn -Ms Na, have used her before.
Looking forward to the luxury of Eastin Grand Sathorn( exec deluxe- love the photos of the bathroom! We are only there one night. But I will have to try out the rooftop infinity pool

Then we are going to the opposite with a fairly basic hotel( along the lines of what you get in Goa). Been there before. This one is actually supposedly more upmarket than many others.

Sure you'll enjoy it. We introduced OH nieces to Thailand this January, Chiang Mai, Krabi and Bangkok - they loved it.

Looking at the possibility of a couple of months next year depending on my work commitments. Maybe a month in Chaing Mai and a month by the beach, surprisingly it worked out about the same price as our two week holidays using pretty good serviced apartments. It would be nice to have the time to do some of the things in an unhurried fashion like another trip to Siem Reap, or Luang Prabang, the Mae Hong Sorn loop, Chaing Rai.
