Just returned from a two weeks stay in Ao nang had one day rain when we arrived and 2 days at the end, but the rest of the time it was hot and sunny most days with a little bit of cloud some days

Thanks for the suggestions guys - think i will visit both Koh Samui and Ao Nang eventually... Sods law though for the past three days here in Phuket the weather has picked up and weve been having long spells of hot sunshine, unfortunatley i managed to come down with acute appendicitis just after i wrote in, recovering well now so hopefully ill be in the sun in no time. Not sure i have enough money left to get to Qatar and im sure i would burn to the crisp in that heat anyway
