if you are still looking for ideas, you should consider Kassiopi, one of Corfu's most desirable resort villages, with plenty to. The NE part of Corfu has been the most excquisite for decades.

BookWorm, I agree with you! You'll love staying in Corfu, where ever you stay, but Nondas appartmants/villas (INVALID URL are really really great. Check out the pictures on the site. It's a beautiful town with a long sandy beach. The locals are really friendly and I recommend 'Jazzmins' a resteraunt on the coast for BEAUTIFUL food and good prices. It's my fave place EVER!
