Wont be before time if they do. Believe me the system might seem ok to some people but just wait until you need their help if something is wrong, then they are hopeless.or at least they were in my case. Didnt even have the decency to reply to a recorded letter. Anything that simplifies matters can only help. Bet the cost goes up though.
