We've been to Benidorm the last 2 New Year's. It was busy, but not overcrowded. All the cabaret bars and restaurants were open.
There were a lot of Spanish there as you can see them walking the prom in the afternoon and evening.
The temps were up to 18C, but a lot cooler at night. We were lucky that it was dry when we were there,
