hi, i am looking to go to new york in december, and was wondering if any body knew if the christmas lights will be on? i am looking at the 1st week in december, any information is appreciated

Christmas lights, big Christmas shopping season start officially on the day after Thanksgiving,(Nov 22)although they are up WAY before that usually....
