if you like overpriced beer, poor service, strange music, weird beards in loon pants, and contemplating your navel at sunset then you'll absolutely adore kumharas.

if you like normal people, great singalong music, dj's with a bit of animation and humour, and loads of drink at prices you can afford, then try every other bar in san antonio bay.

what a load of tosh, I think what mouse is saying if you like the typical butlins/blackpool brigade you will love the bay but it is a bit tacky, but if thats what you like then thats fine as you will find loads of bars like that.

Khumharas is something different, prices are okay albeit more expensive than the brit pubs selling buckets of san miguel and sunday roasts for a couple of euro and its non commercialised environment is a refreshing change to the karoake bars and tack souvenire shops in the bay.

If like me, you like chill out relaxing music in a cool an ambient atmosphere then you will like kumharas, give it a go, its something different and its what makes ibiza different to the usual med resorts

peppers 2 and pink panther are at the middle top of the bay good for music and quizes, pink panther next door to cafe royal another good one especially for food and does great entertainment.
Kuhmaras i thought was a bit strange was with my husband and two children but gradually grows on you must have we went back, yes drinks are overpriced we paid 17 euros for 4 drinks 2 were soft drinks at that, but a great place to watch sunset with the chill out music, also have fire dancers on kids were well happy, the original hippy childrens place.

i'm afraid that waiting 40 minutes in kumharas for an expensive round of drinks does not a relaxing atmosphere make. and lukey, you obviously missed the non commercial market selling thai trousers, joss sticks and beads - it's just across from the bar - believe me those kumharas people are in it for the money just as much as sgt peppers II and every other bar in the bay.

but hey, we're all different - if you like it good luck to you. i think it's a trashy tourist trap that masquerades as something it ain't! but that's just my opinion.
