Well February is a good time to come to Benalmadena if you want to mix with people around the mid 30's and over mark, although it may not be that busy. The trouble is, this Credit Crunch has really hit the trends, so we are unsure as to just how busy it will be. But if it is ok with tourist numbers then you can either go to the 24 hour square (not only for teens, as they are mainly here in the summer) but also a few fun bars, especially Molly Malones that mainly caters for your age group music wise.
Or you can venture to the Marina, if you fancy splashing out a bit, as drinks are fairly expensive down there.
FYI, the 24 hour sq, is otherwise known as Plaza Solymar, handy to tell the cab driver that if you are not walking.

As for the weather, that too i am afraid is unpredictable, however i have provided you will a useful link you can bookmark. It not only shows the current weather, but scroll down on the left and it has a history section where, for example, you can check what the weather was like LAST February just to give you an idea. The credit crunch seems to have scared the pants off easyJet too! They were operating
four flights per day on weekdays from Liverpool to Malaga during the summer of 2008 but
their summer 2009 schedule offers only two flights per day.

I can't believe that they're expecting a 50% drop in passenger numbers but it looks that
way.

I heard that too about easyjet, however i did hear a conflicting report from someone yesterday that they have now increased their flight schedules from next year, not sure about the direct route though, the plot thickens. I guess we will have to wait til next year to find out for sure.
