We are invited out next May for a wedding. We prefer self catering but have never stayed in Nissi Beach area. We prefer to "pub crawl" rather than stay all inclusive as hubby does not like local brew or spirits and prefers Carling!. Is there plenty of pubs for food and drinks and are the prices reasonable? We stayed in Pernera a few years ago so not sure how the euro has affected prices as still cyprus pounds when we stayed.
Can anyone recommend any accommodation (sea view preferred). Coming out for a week on 30th May 2010.

The Thalassaki Beach resort is an excellent s/c aparthotel just a short walk from Nissi beach area.
