i use to get a email saying a private message is waiting but dont get them now?ive checked my profile and ive still ticked the right box, any ideas?

first take a look in your spam folder they may be there if so you will need to althorise the e-mail program to accept them ( remember the link is now INVALID URL

strange one i have been getting them but i dont use spam filters some havent who do so i am at a loss
