Long story short I need a recommended Travel solicitor as Ross F. has retired.
Went on holiday, arrived at a building site pretty much in egypt (we were not informed before flying), Hays Travel couldn't transfer us to another 5* hotel, said they would refund when we got home.
Got 30 photos, Hays travel customer services even heard the noise being made, and did not tell us before we flew out that there were building works/maintenace going on/facilities shut.
The holiday costs £1200 for us, and all we've been offered now at best is 20% refund on the cost of the hotel - £200 thereabouts.
Not happy at all, have been advised that at best we can only get a refund on the cost of the hotel which I think is unfair.
Help !
