thanks channel highlander!
your link and comment was very helpful to us. you might have guessed
that we are still working our way round the site.
the only problem we have picked up from the replies about the oasis is there seems to be an issue in the house keeping dept! if we book we are considering taking our own linen!

Hi Gary, Wife and I have stayed at the Oasis on 2 occasions, the last one just Sept. gone.
We can't fault this hotel, cleaning standards were excellent, staff no problems and the rooms clean and spacious.( includes air conditioning).
Food is so, so, as it is in most Bulgarian hotels which is why we go B+B.
It is situated in the heart of the resort about 300 yds from the beach. Shops, bars and restaurants in the immediate area outside the hotel. Pool bar is open 24 hours a day, however, windows are double glazed so you never here a thing.
Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. Anything specific you need to know just fire away.

Hi Gary, I Didn't encounter any problems with linen or towels on either holidays. Changed regularly and clean. We did bump into one woman who was going round various hotels asking people about the linen as she wanted it whiter than white. We just thought she was a nutter.
As I stated previously, we have been going to Bulgaria for a number of years and never had a problem in any of the hotels we have stayed in other than food, but then we always go B+B now.
