yes , it is definately better opting for these as you get private check-in and afternoon tea and oers dhoevres and also free drinks including champagne between 5pm and 7.30pm. Also breakfast is served in a special dining room and a private lounge area just for premium guests. Yes there is a Hard Rock Cafe and I highly recommend it. We ahve been to dubai 4 times and everytime we go we always have a night out at Hard Rock Cafe and always had a brilliant night. food is excellent, very well priced and huge portions. The band which has been on when we were there were excellent too. We have always had a really good night out there. Also it is very close to Jumeirah Beach so you wouldn't have far to go. Enjoy!!
