We go to to Billy's Beach every year (one of the private beaches on the Blue Lagoon) and it's really come on in the last few years with some lovely new chill-out areas. If you 'phone Billy (Bilal) he'll arrange to collect you (free of charge) from your hotel and take you back again whenever you decide. The snack bar, drinks and sun-bed hire are all very reasonable and we have really enjoyed ourselves there. There's also pedalo hire and a free pool table. They also have showers so you can get rid of the sand and salt before you head back.

His mobile number is 05323163418 and he and his staff speak good English (we used the hotel 'phone to call and it only cost about 50p.) Just tell them which hotel you're staying in and what time you'd like to be collected.

They will be more than happy to pick you up from Ovacik (or Hisaronu) as that's where we stay every year. He has a couple of chaps who work for him and they ferry customers to and fro during the day. Usually, most people arrive during the morning and leave mid to late afternoon. If you have lunch there and a few drinks and/or an ice cream plus the sun-bed hire then he's grateful for your business.

If you'd prefer it, you could ask to be dropped off at the main part of Olu Deniz afterwards, have a look around and then get a dolmus back. We've done that in the past. It's very hot down on the beach so be prepared but it's lovely chilling out and watching the paragliders drifting down throughout the day. The scenery is spectacular as the beach is bordered by steep mountains - enjoy!
