I spent one night on this ship in April, before it's launch, as part of a Thomas Cook event. It's a beautiful ship and has more of a contemporary/designer feel to it than the more traditional ships, which I liked. There's also a lot of artwork on board which was interesting and they health spa looked fantastic. The food in the main restaurant was fabulous. My favourite bar was the Globe as it had a great live act singing mostly R&B/James Brown etc. I had an outside balcony cabin which was very smart.

Well My boyfriend and I went on her in april, it was her maiden voy (sorry can not spell).

Well we were the first paying passangers on her, she was lovely like all the others, I was disapointed in the middle of the ship where the others are spectaular at this point but the Arcadia was very dull.

The food in the main resaurant was not as nice, some times we got a cold meal and sometimes eg the liver was not cooked.

Still it was her first time out and they would have teething problems.Also our wine waiter was slow and he did not fill our wine class quick enough so we had eatten before he came back the second time.

The ship its self was nice but The Auroa was my favorite. also two of the guest celebrites did not board the ship so some passangers were not too pleased.

There is a rhodes resturant on board and the food and service in there was really nice but for the whole two weeks they did not change the menu, but lovely for £12.00 each with out drinks.

We found that you have to pay more out on this ship eg hot pool, sauna, relaxing chairs all £10.00 a section, my advice is check prices before you do anything as nothing is free.

Also the Disco is really very very small so full very quickly, but we where ok as April is older people so no one went in disco so empty every night.

The shop area was a bit strange because they are joined together so you did not know what shop you were in.
