I have just stayed here for 1 week and really enjoyed it. There is a large ramp to the side of the apartments and then once up that there is a little wooden ramp up and into the reception. Once inside the reception area, dining area and the toilets, including the disabled one, are all on one flat level. To get to the pool area you down a very short corrider, which is wide enough for a large scooter, and down a 1 inch step and into the pool and sunbed area. There are 2 lifts which take you to all floors which i think are only wide enough for a standard wheelchair (please check this first before booking )
The deluxe studio's come with, it says walk in shower but i would say its more like step over (not up) and into the shower which as a pull down seat in. There are no grab rails in the shower or around the toilet which could make it hard for some people which is a shame because this would have helped a lot.
The deluxe studio as english channels on the TV, a microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and fridge.
The people on reception are English and very helpful and considerate and will help you in any way they can. Its ideally situated about 70 metres level surface with drop down kerbs from the La Carihuela beach area and a level street, were no vehicles are allowed, full of shops, restaurants and bars
I am not in a wheelchair but i hire a large 4 wheel mobility scooter, which can be plugged in undercover near the pool, so i think that these apartments would suit people who use a wheelchair to get out and about but who can get out of it and walk short distances, to the lift, bar, toilets etc

The company i used for ths scooter, and have used for the last 5 times i have been to the costa del sol is Mobens because the english lady who owns it is disabled and understands what is like to get around. The service is second to none and the only one time i had a problem with a scooter they came out with a new one within 40 minutes. All scooters are fully insured, with free delivery and come with an emergency breakdown number.
