Maybe some one who has already been could let us know if this is the case.

it wont let me post pics lets see if i can get my post count up enough!
we're trying to get flights to go for our free holiday to palmwings in april.. hard to find as the flights to bodrum are seasonal and only start in may from scottish airports! cheapest we've found so far is £670 for 2 adult and 1 infant. is this a fare price? its from manchester. we might have to swim there...
thank you
julie
edit: also, could you give info on the entertainment, was there water polo/darts/table tennis/ kids club /games, and what was evening entertainment like ?
Our free week is in May and looking for flights 2. Would love to hear from any 1 that was offered same free week.

right where do i start,, i wish i had booked this hotel in about a year or so as its not finished or safe,i got back last night, the slides and pool are dangerous, 2 of my children got cut on the slide and the tiles in the pool,my other was injured and nearly drowned by the lilos and dinghys that are allowed to slide at speed down the slides, disco beach bar is not built so you will lie on the beach looking at dumper trucks and wagons, our fridge didnt work, shortage of pillows,no outside line,tv didnt work, shower floods the bathroom, safes didnt work, not many staff spoke english,an internal door that goes into living room locked us out of room for nearly a full day until eventually they broke in thru the window after failing to break down the door, another guest that we knew got his head cut open going down the slide and got 5 stitches, another friends electrics in there villa started smoking, the entertainment is rubbish and the ampitheatre is dangerous for children as its steep with no warnings or markings on edge of concrete steps ,the food in restaurant is nice and has a great variety but its usually covered in flies, which is nice if you happen to be a spider,,the gym only opened a few days before we came home and the snooker tables came the night before we left, at this moment in time its far from 5 star.forgot to add that none of the above faults were put right even after numerous calls and trips to reception.
If you haven't done so already we would really appreciate it if you posted a review in our Hotel Reviews site, link at the top of the page.
Thanks.

Have returned from Palm Beach Resort today, one of the best holidays ever! Some construction still ongoing and areas still not open but really a fantastic place. Individual villas with lounge area, large double bed, fantastic.
We paid £1800 for 2 villas for a family of 5 one villa sleeping 3 and the other sleeping two, but each villa could of slept 5.
Enjoy, if your going, I am sure you will.

We are travelling here on July 17th for 2 weeks as a family of 4 with 2 children age 15(daughter) and 11(son) and like most inquisitive travellers are keen to learn about this "calculated risk" we have taken at this new hotel. The initial reports coming through look great apart from the odd report and now we can't wait to get over there
Does anyone else know the following :
1)What the beach is like outside the hotel ?
2)I have read there are watersports at the beach. Are these included in the AI holiday or will there be a charge ?
3)Does anyone know if the hotel will be full or close to capacity ?
Just over a week to go and counting down
See you at the bar
Ian and Paula
the beach is very small at 1 end it is very rocky ,the middle and opposite end are ok, there are 3 pedalos which do not charge and there is 1 jet ski which charges but i am not sure how much, the beach in altinkum is a lot better and not too far away,
forgot to add if anybody is diabetic and need a fridge for the insulin i would contact the hotel to make sure you get a working fridge ,as i met a guest who also got locked out of there room on 1st day and there fridge didnt work and he needed it for his insulin which had him very worried,i dont know how he got on, but they did not fix my fridge for the full week
anyone who is going or has just come back, could you advise me about the £10 in the passport do we pay it in and out of turkey
many thanx mel x
The £10 fee, is only payable on entry to Turkey, your passport will be stamped, and as far as I recall from my last visit, you can then visit Turkey for up to 3 months.
