It's a nice place just outside of Calangute - there's another thread on here about it somewhere... It's on it's own, but that does make it relaxing... A taxi or walk can take you straight into the center of calangute (15/20 min walk). As it's near Calangute everything is accessable.....

Restuarants near by include my fav All Spice in Apora (went last night for it's opening...) - Also all the ones in Calangute..

For the elephants look throug the old posts, they're somewhere... Spice is ok, something to do... Not really my favourite but educational I guess...
