The harbour area is more expensive than the town for meals but there are bars which do good deals all over. Don't know where your apts are but here goes for a few prices.
Harbour, two course meal for three people including 2 drinks each amounted to between 45E and 60E, there is a bar called Steves where you can get a pint of Keo for 2E and kids get a free milkshake.
Town area, some restaurants do meal deals, three courses for around 10E per person with drinks arou 2.50E per pint of Keo, sorry don't know about wine.
