oOOPs sorry - didn't realise I'd already replied in another post to you

We arrived back from Parc Hotel Paradiso on Friday - we ended up buying a flight back a day early because things were so bad there. I've posted up what was wrong the with the place in a blog posting here: blog.garysmith.org.uk/index.php/blog/show/Parc-Hotel-Paradiso-Peschiera-Del-Garda-Italy---a-lesson-in-customer-disservice.html. Essentially, the level of customer service offered by the hotel was shockingly poor. We asked for another room after significant problems, only to be offered 2-star accommodation (we'd paid for 4-star) and were told if we accepted this, we'd need to sign a waiver (in Italian) that would revoke all rights to any form of refund (full or partial) and also bind us into not contacting our tour operator upon return to the UK. Absolutely disgusting service.
